The NS5B1G385 is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST), high-speed, TTL-compatible switch. The low resistance and capacitance characteristics of this switch make it suitable for low distortion audio, video and data routing applications. The switch has a normally open logic configuration, that is, the switch is turned on when IN is high (NO is connected to COM). These switches feature SC-70-5 and TSOP-5 (SOT-23-5) encapsulation and operate over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).

The FSA221 is a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) multiplexer that combines low-distortion audio with a USB2.0 high-speed (HS) switch path. With this configuration, audio and USB data can share a common connector port. The architecture allows the audio signal to swing underground. This means common USB and headphone jacks can be used for personal media players and portable peripherals. Since USB2.0 is the industry standard for shared data paths in portable devices, the FSA221 also features Vbus detection. The FSA221 has a power-down feature to minimize current consumption when Vbus is not present. This power down circuit only applies to common D+/R, D-/L ports. Typical applications are switches in mobile and consumer applications such as cellular phones, digital cameras, notebook computers with hubs or controllers.
