The NLAST4599 is an advanced high-speed CMOS single-pole-dual-pole analog switch fabricated on a silicon-gate CMOS process. It achieves high speed propagation delay and low on-resistance while maintaining low power consumption. This switch controls analog and digital voltages that vary over the full supply range (VCC to GND). The device design has a much lower on-resistance (RON) than traditional CMOS analog switches and is more linear with respect to input voltage. The channel select input is compatible with TTL levels. The channel select input structure provides protection when voltages from 0 - 5.5 V are applied, regardless of supply voltage. This input structure helps prevent device damage due to supply voltage - input/output voltage mismatch, battery backup, hot insertion, etc.

The NS5B1G384 is a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) high speed TTL standard switch. The switch has a normally closed logic configuration, i.e. the switch is on when IN is low (NC connected to COM). These switches feature a 5-pin SC-70 and a 5-pin TSOP-5 (SOT23-5) encapsulation and operate over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
