Diode/Bridge Rectifier

The ISL9R1560G2_F085 is a Stealth diode suitable for low loss performance in high frequency hard switching applications. The Stealth series features low reverse recovery current (IRM(REC)) and excellent soft recovery under typical operating conditions. This device is suitable for use as a freewheeling or boosting diode in power supplies and other power switching applications. Low IRRM and short ta phase reduce losses in switching transistors. Soft recovery minimizes ringing and extends the range of conditions over which the diode can operate without the use of additional snubber circuits. Using Stealth Diodes with SMPS IGBTs provides the highest energy efficiency and highest power density at the lowest cost.
