Diode/Bridge Rectifier

The RHRG5060 is an extremely fast diode with soft recovery characteristics. It has half the recovery time of ultrafast diodes and uses a silicon nitride passivation ion-implanted epitaxial planar structure. These devices are suitable as freewheeling/clamping diodes in various switching power supplies and other power switching applications. Their low stored charge and very fast soft recovery minimize ringing and electrical interference in many power switching circuits, reducing power dissipation in switching transistors.
