The NCP5901 is a high-performance dual MOSFET driver optimized to drive the high-side and low-side power MOSFET gates of a synchronous buck converter. It is capable of driving loads up to 3.0 nF with a propagation delay of 25 ns and transition time of 30 ns. Adaptive anti-cross-conduction and power-saving operation circuitry provides low switching loss and high energy efficiency for notebook and desktop systems. A bidirectional EN pin provides a fault signal to the controller when a gate driver fault is detected at OVP, UVLO occurs. In addition, when the power supply voltage is low, the undervoltage lockout function ensures that the output is low.
