The NCV8161 is a linear voltage regulator capable of delivering 450 mA output current. The NCV8161 device is specifically designed to meet RF and analog circuit requirements, offering low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The device is designed with 1µF input and 1µF output ceramic capacitors. It features TSOP-5 and XDFN?4 0.65P, 1 mm x 1 mm encapsulation.
