The ESD7371 family is suitable for protecting voltage sensitive components requiring ultra-low capacitance from ESD and transient voltage events. Excellent clamping capability, low capacitance, high insulation breakdown voltage, high linearity, low leakage, and fast response time make these parts ideal for ESD protection in designs where board space is at a premium. It features industry-leading capacitance-voltage linearity for RF applications. This capacitance linearity combined with an extremely small package and low insertion loss makes this part suitable for antenna applications in wireless remote controls and terminals.
