The NC7SV86 is a single 2-input mutually exclusive OR gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power-A (ULP-A) family. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. This product is suitable for a wide low voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V VCC) and applications requiring more drives and higher speed than the TinyLogic ULP series while still providing optimal low power operation. The NC7SV86 is designed to optimize power consumption and speed. It uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining low power consumption in CMOS.
