The monolithic half-bridge gate driver IC FL73282 can drive MOSFETs and IGBTs up to +900 V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode interference suppression technology provide stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt interference conditions. Advanced level shifting circuitry provides high side gate driver operation up to VS=-9.8 V (typ) for VBS=15 V. UVLO circuits for both channels prevent faulty operation when VBS is below the specified threshold voltage. The output drivers will typically source/sink 350 mA/650 mA respectively and are suitable for all types of half-bridge and full-bridge inverters.
